HashNotes offers a simple method for organizing quick notes through the use of hashtags, enabling efficient categorization and retrieval.

• Create new notes by integrating hashtags directly within the text, facilitating seamless organization.
• For multi-line entries such as to-do lists, input each item on a separate line for clarity and ease of management.
• Mark tasks as complete by double-tapping, which removes them from the active list and helps track progress.

While iCloud synchronization is enabled, it may not function fully in this version, primarily serving to access existing data locally and perform backups. Future updates are expected to improve iCloud support.

Data backup can be conveniently managed via the built-in email report feature. Users can select all notes or only completed items to generate a comprehensive list, which can then be emailed for safekeeping. The backup data within the report is copy-and-pasteable, allowing for straightforward restoration into HashNotes if needed.
